Thoughts? Opinions? I liked the Bowtech BTX with Halon 6 as a second.
Halon 6 is a smooth draw for the speed and it tunes well. Haven't shot the Bowtech HTX.
Being a Mathews groupie and after shooting all the bows,I'm going to sat PSE Carbon Air!
My APA Mamba 32TF is on its way!! I think and am hoping that it does well in all my tests and turns out to be the best bow of the year.
I've shot the all the big names and I work at an archery pro shop. It all boils down to personal preference, but the Elite Impulse 31 and Mathews Halon 6 are two very smooth shooting and accurate bows.
I think the Halon is good just a bit heavy. Would kill ya on a back country elk hunt. Elites shoot well for sure.
Yeah the halon would be good for a tree stand but not a backcountry hunt. I shoot an elite now but the new impulse is smooth and fast which is really all you can ask for in a bow.
I'll have to let you know how the APA Mamba 32tf performs. I think it may be one of the best of the year. Great specs.
Bowtech as well. But I like Samick sage, I prefer the traditional supply
