Anyone make any homemade archery targets? Some store bought ones are downright expensive as hell. Thanks for any and all suggestions!

Back in the day we used to get stacks of cardboard and compress them. Not so good outside but would stop arrows.

You can take a gunny sack and fill it with used grocery bags or shrink wrap. Works well.

Try getting some carpet cutoffs. Cut them all the same size and compress them with some allthread/threaded rod and 2x12s.

    Works great for field points.

Use 2" x 6" material to create a picture frame/box.... chicken wire on front and back...stuff it full of Walmart bags!! Works great!

Bails of excelsior are tough to beat for field points.
